About

A little about me.

01

I did not begin with answers.

I began by noticing what life kept placing in front of me. A thought would arrive through work, fear, love, memory or an ordinary moment, and I would write it down before I fully understood what it was giving me.

I am not standing outside of these pages explaining life from a safe distance. I am inside the questions too. The writing became a way of slowing down long enough to notice what an experience was uncovering in me.

The writing became a record of my own unfolding.

Over time, it became less about teaching and more about witnessing. It held the emotional part of me that wanted to speak, the aware part that learned to listen and the embodied part that began to rest more fully in unconditional LOVE.

I do not believe every thought needs to become a lesson. Sometimes a thought is simply something we picked up along the way. We can hold it, look at it honestly and allow it to reveal whatever it came to reveal.

I am still living. Still noticing. Still becoming honest about what I carry and what I am ready to put down.
